Simon Lockett, LL.B.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Simon Lockett, LL.B., moved to the United States in 2011 to complete his communication and law degrees through a cultural exchange program at Pace University in New York City.

After working closely with Dr. Ronnie Stangler in her family office advisory as Head of Communication, Research and Management, Simon co-founded Genome Advisory. His legal expertise in health, ethics and corporate law – enriched by his international background – provides unique perspective on global family and organizational issues.

Mr. Lockett functioned as summit coordinator for "Genes, Technology, and Incalculable Ethics: The Family Office of the Future” at Harvard Medical School, Department of Genetics. Dr. Stangler and he served together on the Advisory Board of the Personal Genetics Education Project (pgEd) at Harvard Medical School Department of Genetics. He contributed to the writing of "Genomics in the Family Office", the first case study in applied genomics, for Harvard Business School Executive Education Program for Family Offices.

Simon was awarded his Licentiate of Music through the AMEB and his Associate of Music through the Trinity College of London. He continues to explore and compose classical piano.
